


Cancellation, Returns and Shipping Policy
When do items bought need to be returned by?
Within 10 days of receipt – must be in original wrapping.

Shipping for cancellation/returns?
Are original shipping rates refundable: Only if the item arrives damaged.
Does customer pay for shipping the return: Yes, unless return is due to damage.
Credit for cancellation/returns?
Customer is credited for returned item in the reverse of the manner in which they purchased, except in the case of cash – a check will be issued.
Packing materials?
Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?: Yes.
Exchanges?
We except returns as exchanges, please advise on why you are returning the product, we will endeavour under our shipping and return policy to exchange, where possible, for the product requested within the time limit agreed within the policy, however will inform if product is not in stock and therefore advise when available and when can be shipped.
